The date was December 20th, 2000. A very cold day with a windchill of at least -20 degrees C. But for some reason I didn't feel the cold that bad that day. In fact not much really mattered to me that day. Why you ask? Well. Because that night I was heading out to a Gig, I was going to an Eve6 Concert!

The Concert began at around 7:30 with Canadian Rockers Gob. They played for about 40 mins and then Eve6 hit the stage with a BANG! Well Rescue, but still! The band hit at about 8 and played for an hour and a bit. It was the sweetest set I've ever seen played!

This is from the first song "Rescue" The guys played a 13 song set. The signed set list is below.

Before the show Jon, Max and Max's girlfriend were hanging around beside the stage. Gob was played but my focus was seeing what they were up to. They even posed for a picture!

Here's a look at the Drum Set with Tony playing and one with the guys around the set.

Max liked to roam the stage a lot. Here's some of him roaming and singing.

We were front row right in front of Jon. We were about a foot and a half away from his feet. I took this picture just to show how close we were.

Jon is one of the most awesome'est guitar playes I've ever seen. Its not so much of his complex playing, but the strumming patterns and sounds he makes with various pedals and keeping perfect time with the drums and Max's singing. Heres a bunch of pics of him playing in front of us.

During the show Max and Jon met up on stage and here's a shot of both of the rockers together.

After the show we met the guys! There were really nice and down to earth kind of guys. Here's a shot of me with the 3 of them.

This is me and Jon. He was really nice and I told him about this web site and he said he would come check it out. Who knows, maybe he has. If so, I hope yah liked it Jon!

Heres a few pics of the guys during the show. Check them out!

That show on that cold December night was the most amazing Concert I have ever been to. From the first chord in "Rescue" to the last strum in "Inside Out" I was mesmorized by their sheer talent. If you ever get the chance to see Eve6 live, take it! Trust me, it will be a night well worth the time. Not many bands are able to sound like these guys, so when a band comes along like this one, don't miss the oppurtunity. I'm sure glad I didn't!
Enjoy! and Happy Eve6ing :) - Bryan :)
